Interesting read - as someone who has followed this project for ~15 years I really struggle to understand this negative spin.  This project and the companies involved have put First Nation interests and the environment as the highest priorities since day one.  It is non sensical to complain about poor conditions but then delay and oppose the needed infrastructure that might change things for the better.  

I'm all for getting it right, but it took 15 years just to decide to start a 3 year EA process for a portion of a road.  This is far from an "aggressive" timeline in my book
