Can anyone clarify what votes would best support the rejection of this potential offer? If I'm understanding correctly supporting the current board will ensure the rights plan gets adapted, thereby helping prevent the takeover?

The board consists of the following members, 1 of which is from Baosteel and one from Wyloo. Does voting against these two undermine the current team? It seems we will not get any guidance from the organization prior to the vote deadline so any clarity on how this might play out would be appreciated.
