Every electoral season the ROF promises emerge with great flair and grandiose.  After elections the reality that governments provincial and federal for political reasons don't won't and can't justify allocating billions of dollars into what is a muskeg covered remote area of Canada.  And each year the cost of doing anything goes higher and higher.  That is the economic reality.  Those of us with vested interests as shareholders opine at the lack of commitment from our elected leaders but frankly represent very little votes at the ballot box.  A major player like a Wyloo with deep pockets and First Nations are the only entities that will/can move this forward.
