I'm wondering...if a Canadian company wins the bid, is the Ontario Gov't still committed to providing $1 Billion in assistance?

Then....what if it's a foreign company?  How will taxpayers feel about our Gov't assisting a foreign company?

Will the government weigh in on these offers insofar as what assistance is available to move this once in a generation project forward?
