I completely agree on all your points.  I have to wonder what the Board is getting from BHP to support this crazy offer.

What are the figures of this independant party Valuation?

I have 300,000 shares and if BHP is reading these posts, give me $20.00 a share and I'll be happy as a pig in a trough full of politicians.  I knwo a lot of people here have a lot more than my holdings.
