25 companies were contacted to see if they wanted to buy Noront according to TD Bank,

2 companies conducted further due dilligence

only 1 party BHP wanted to negotiated an official offers came in according to Kingsdale, and TD Bank

Wyloo bid first on May 25, not an official offer

BHP responded on July 27

Company #3 is unknown at this time and is waiting in the wings, and watching it unfold,

Wyloo has not countered BHP's bid as of today,

There is 1 other company who has yet to offer an official offer, but could offer a bid at any time, which has not been disclosed.
