This is exactly one of my concerns.

I dont trust any of the parties. Wyloo has done nothing in writing and somehow doubled the "incredibly valued" initial offer of 0.31$ in just and month! Forrest is also trying to steal this place. 

The BOD has been told they get to keep their jobs and have to handover their shares if BHP is successful. Its a complete conflict of interest!

I may be new here, but none of it smells right. Wyloo is manipulating in the media, while BHP has bought the BOD.

Both offers are still not good enough and I still believe the Ring holds way more value.
