Message: Noront stands its ground against Wyloo over Ring of Fire assets

I believe it was what the BOD had to do to solicit and offer from BHP in order to prevent the disgustingly undervalued hostile offer from Wyloo. 

I seriously don't think the BOD had other choices. 

Bow both are in play. The next step is Wyloo's offer in writing. But, so far they havent written a cheque anyone can cash. 

Then its up to BHP to exceed it.
