Don't think a third party will show up and even if they do Wyloo holds more than 1/3 of the shares of Noront.  Unless they agree and there is very little indication they will agree to sell their interest, why would any other company get involved.

IMO this is coming to a conclusion and soon. Wyloo's proposal ticks all the boxes for retail investors and the other major holders who hold primarily production/profit royalty positions and Noront"s fiduciairy responsibility is to agree to the offer that is best for shareholders.
