Interesting 2 cents TM. I also agree the bidding started wayyy too low. It makes me wonder if the boards advisors are asleep or drunk. Nickle is in fastforward and will be for a long time. Regardless, if they liked .55 they will surely deem this a superior proposal.

I guess shareholders have to wait to see formal agreement until then?

Before hopping on the Twiggy train I would like to see more details. And I won't be on for .70
