I am of the opinion that they have only done the confidentiality documents and now Wyloo is doing their "due diligence". 

I do not think the offer had been 'finalized' on the 7th. I believe we will hear something shortly. 

I also think that belittling the BOD is simply a negotiation tactic in an effort to scrutinize their credibility and gain bargaining advantage.

I also still believe that we are in the very beginning stages of this sale. 

I am holding for a far more substantial value in dollars per share and possible flow through as Peter alluded earlier.
