No. It means their offer and terms will be withdrawn and tendered shares will be returned. They may elect to counter after 5 days still.

In my opinion, Both of these offers will not turn Noront into a private company. Only through the BOD and shareholder vote can that be accomplished. It would be a subsidiary.

Obviously with a controlling share, Wyloo will be able to vote and control the board in future (and perhaps go private as a wholly owned). Nonetheless, Shareholder interests must still be protected.
