Some agreement there TM.

Both Wyloo and BHP have not offered to buy the company. Just to buy a controlling interest of shares. Meaning is still just a controlling interest of Noront market shares. Wyloo's latest offer will preserve Noront as is I believe, until they can gain control of the BOD.

What amazes me is how short sighted Wyloo were in presenting their 'generous' offer at 0.31$ only to offer more than double a couple months later flippantly through a press release without ANY due diligence?
