After converting the loan and receiving interest shares, Wyloo sits at 37.5% ownership.  If the board endorses the coming offer from Wyloo, does that mean they are agreeing to tender their shares at the offer price?  Would the combination of Wyloo and the board shares be sufficient to take over the company?  No better way to steal something than an inside job...

Either way, this is one more piece falling into place.  Hopefully with this done we will hear some real news in the coming days
