Wyloo has 210,000,000 common shares

Total outstanding of 350,000,000 outstanding shares,  not in Wyloos hands,

Wyloo requires 38,500,000 shares for 51 %, retail or institutitional

BHP needs 178,500,000 shares for 51% from retail and institutional

Keep in mind the BHP board has to have agreed to this take over, months before, 

BHP needs do make a serious bid here, above .70 to get my attention, hoping for this week,
