Wyloo formalizes their bid @ .70. The BOD then goes out and exercises restricted shares @ .81 !!

Are they really expecting and prepared to sell .81 cent shares for .70 ?? or are they expecting BHP to want more shares but have to pay a higher price to get them ??

I was a buyer this morning on weakness . Very interesting !!!
