For those thinking there is a new Noront, that is not what is written in the deal.

"Shareholders who opt to retain their Noront common shares would continue as common shareholders in the Company going forward."

Noront doesnt have any money, they have NO revenue and sell nothing. They simply possess claims.  That is why they are constantly borrowing to keep the lights on. Consistently issuing interest shares and continued dilution.

If Wyloo is successful, their loan to Noront will improve THEIR position, and dilute us as shareholders. I see that being the strategy until they own Noront and are ready to invest and develop the region.

Its funny, even Luca says the region has untold value, yet they still spend little for the whole region. These claims are worth substantially more than they were in 2007. Nickel and resourcs have a whole new demand and meaning with battery and green technologies. Mining is the new energy and tech combined.

Im hoping for a nice BHP counter in the next few days. Its still petty cash for both these companies.
