Not surprised, given the ON election already already hotly, underway.

When the registion of the offer NOT price/ share for 9% ON government ownership, and if  HBP gets its' 51% control and HO built fast in TO;  then, the NT share price will be pulicized publically.

Im thinking that the annoucement of Georges' Order of Ontario will be announced/ hosted by Premier Ford, as an election platform promise  for Ontario job and industrial development and infastructur plan, re- election publicity.

Think of a $ raise to my prior posted price range of $10C  to $14C per NOT share.
