If Noront shareholders support BHP’s offer, “this could all be over by mid-November,” van Jaarsveld said.

Perhaps its time to slightly amend my prior posted Noront Control share % plan, as follows:

BHP 51%; Wyloo 40-44%; ON ( and/or its' wholly owned Ontario Hydro 9-4%.

I trust van Jaarsveld has already met with Premier Ford for their november annoucement and the opening of the already announced World HQ being built in Toronto.
