I expect Wyloo will announce their new bid exactly the same way they did the last two - via press release, and probably on a Friday or Monday. And if they are as cunning as I think they are, they will wait until next week so BHP has no choice but to extend the deadline.

As I said before, Wyloo's loan provision is set to cover the termination fee of a BHP offer up to $1.03. That suggests Wyloo is willing to go higher. I would think at least the $1.14 mentioned in the flawed Stifel report.
