Message: How do we believe anything from these two now ?

Why is BHP the initiator of the talks - their offer only only requires 50% approval/shares.  Wyloo's requires same but also a shareholder vote. The vote may be the sticking point for Wyloo's success.

There is nothing more that I would like to see higher offers and perhaps a 3rd party enter the fray.  But if BHP can't see a way forward on its own, and Wyloo same, then it's hard to see how any 3rd party would think they could without Wyloo on agreement. Thinking the economics of  the potential ongoing trend of increasing the  share price offering has started to be of concern.

This "consultation" imo won't take long.  BHP asks Wyloo what they need and then decide whether it's reasonable.  If not, realistically don't see any path forward for BHP and they withdraw.

Am still of opinion that chromite will be an issue for BHP.  Personally have owned KWG for years as well and am picking up more KWG shares as a proxy for Noront sale.

Good luck to all
