Maybe something good will come out of the claim filed by Nesk.

Once and for all lets get this consultation business settled. If they lose in court then their ability to use this crutch over and over will be gone. If they win then at least a firm path for consultation should be set by the court.

I find it hard to believe that that their constant claims of neglectful consultation is due to lack of trying by the province or Noront.
