I think that BHP just feels, " what is the point?". After discussions with Wyloo, they know what they would have to offer to get Wyloo's shares and it is probably too high!

Any other bidder would be in the same situation as BHP. So we will either see a sizeable new bid from someone or the game may be over. We should know before too long which it is.
