OK...I'll bite...First order of business upon takeover for the New Noront BOD...A 30 million dollar private PP offer to Matawa to be dedicated to paying off the BHP termination fee and provide working capital..All employee share bonuses and sign on share bonuses suspended until the next milestone is reached..ex. Agreement with First Nations in opposition, new discovery upon exploration, government road funding assurrances...Bingo...Shares for loan payment scenario averted. This is a provision that shareholders need in place. No more money for nothing, and no more unnecesssary dilution.
