Let's not permit Wyloo to steal this from us.  Long term investors have been sweating this out for a long time.  I wrote to [email protected] the following email:

 
"Hello;
 
It's not clear as to the date to file the Retention Election Form (it says "...5:00 p.m. [Toronto time] on the 10th day following the Interim Retention Election Announcement) - what is the date of the Retention Election Announcement and where do we find/file the form?

I don't want a miscommunication/unclear instructions resulting in losing my shares!  (that may be what their intentions are - can't trust this Board).  I'll post his answer on the forum if he gets back to me.
