I received the following from Greg Rieveley, Noront's CFO, concerning the Election to retain our shares.

The circular will be mailed to shareholders on February 15th, it will also be available on SEDAR and on our website.  The circular will provide the specifics on how to file your election, you likely hold your shares in a brokerage account in which case you will need to contact your broker subsequent to Feb 15th to inform them if you would like complete the Retention Election.  The press release disclosing the number of Retention Elections received as well as the voting results from the meeting will be on the 15th of March – you will have 10 days from this date to file an election if you choose to do so.
