F451, quite true, however, by increasing the squeeze out limit to 20%, they've made retention more difficult and IMO less likely.

Although the retention option will not be available if the takeover vote is turned down, a Yes vote does not guarantee the possibility of retention.

IMO, Wyloo's chances of a Yes vote would have been better with the 10% squeeze out as continuation would be highly likely. As it is, there's a good chance we'll all be squeezed out, even with a Yes vote.
