Interim Retention Election Announcement data

Hi All,

The Management Information Circular keeps referring to the fact that we have to make the retention election on and before the 10th calendar day following the date of the Interim Retention Election Announcement. Can someone let me know when this date is? The person who wrote the Circular made this date very ambiguous. Can’t believe they do not spell out an important date like this.
