Don't know for sure; but...Doug Ford is clearly awake, given his recent, regular pre- election announcements. Lets see if he buys 10%control (and co-control  R of Fire) of Noront shares, in return for ON buiding the "ROAD",.....>> all the way to Port Moosonee. ......>Given Putins' War on UK.

.....Canada can now export potash( for fertilizer),  from SK, AND,...EV minerals to our allies in EU.....> Not to mention Canada finally  buiding a few ships (at Fed gov.), upgraded HMCS Port Moosonee), ...
