Dumbing It Down

I am a beneficial shareholder and received my Noront package but found it pretty confusing. Since then I have seen various dates mentioned in this discussion group. I didn't vote and haven't sold any shares or given any instructions to my bank. If I just do absolutely nothing, will my shares be somehow automatically paid out at $1.10?

Any chance that some kind soul could dumb this whole mess down for me so that I can try to figure out what, if anything, I need to or should consider doing.
