against Alan Coutts et al for ignoring their fiduciary duties towards us shareholders, count me in.  This is very disappointing news.  The Board did not do their job in the best interest of shareholders in my opinion.  Why they accepted a 20% threshold instead of 10% is beyond me.  The Fed. & Prov. governments let a valuable Canadian asset slip right through our fingers.  I am devestated by this outcome.  Shame on a lot of people in control of this great resource.
