I think National Security under the Investment Canada Act does apply here. The Minister of Industry has a 45 day window review process when the Minister becomes aware of Any such investments no matter how big or small. So we are in the window if the Feds decide to Act.

Any mention of the Ring in the Budget is good for us.

I for one can't believe all 9 Matawa First Nations are in total agreement on this takeover.

Would like to remain a retail shareholder in NOT, sell a few shares @ 1,10 and and have the Feds void or veto the squeeze out provision under National Security.
