Message: The 14% was a flawed result

I can see now that the instruction options for retention most likely were opposite of what one would initially think.

I had instructed a 40/60 split and so far only paid the ratio for retention, which was opposite the ratio of what was instructed.

i think the OSC dropped the ball on this one. The REAL retention tally was probably closer to 86% not 14%.

I remember someone had posted on here before the deadline that their broker warned them of this interpretation flip. I didn't think much of it at the time but I believe that broker was correct now.

well played Aussie crooks, and Shorecrest probably isn't innocent either.
