EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(July 23, 2010) - Northern Tiger Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Northern Tiger") (TSX VENTURE:NTR) announced today that it has engaged Nichola Vermiere of Vancouver, BC to provide strategic marketing consulting services to the Company. Ms. Vermiere will provide marketing and branding services to raise awareness amongst prospective investors and the investment community as a whole.

Ms. Vermiere has over six years of marketing consulting experience for junior exploration companies and was the President of a Vancouver based Investor Communications firm for four of those years.

Northern Tiger will pay Ms. Vermiere a monthly fee of $3,000 for professional services for an initial period of 6 months and issue 200,000 stock options at a price of $0.18 per share. Ms. Vermiere currently holds 25,000 common shares of Northern Tiger and warrants entitling her to purchase an additional 12,500 common shares. The agreement with Ms. Vermiere is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
