Greg Hayes, CA

President, CEO and Director

Mr. Hayes, a Chartered Accountant since 1997, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Firestone Ventures Inc. and Shear Minerals Ltd. Mr. Hayes brings considerable experience to Northern Tiger Resources from both the public and private sectors. Working with international and Alberta-based accounting firms, he has serviced clients ranging from small, private businesses to multinational corporations. Most recently, Mr. Hayes has been providing financial consulting services to junior exploration companies.

Lori Walton, M.Sc., G.G., P.Geol.

Director

Ms. Walton is currently President, CEO and a Director of Firestone Ventures Inc. Ms. Walton graduated from the University of Alberta with a M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology in 1987, and holds a Graduate Gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America. She is a Professional Geologist with APEGGA and President of Tigerstar Geoscience, a partnership providing management and consulting services to the mineral exploration industry.

Ms. Walton has concentrated on the areas of finance, project acquisition, management and corporate development and has been responsible for the raising of significant equity funding. Her focus has been on assembling and directing teams of exceptional industry professionals to evaluate and manage early stage to advanced mineral projects in North America and Central America.

Brad Mercer, P.Geol.

Director

Mr. Mercer is currently V.P. Exploration (Canada) for Capstone Mining Corp., and led the exploration team credited with discovering the Area 2 and Area 118 high grade, copper-gold deposits at Capstone's Minto project located in the Yukon. These discoveries doubled Minto's mineral resources. Mr. Mercer is also credited with discovering the Moly Brook molybdenum and Unknown Brook gold deposits, located in Newfoundland.

For the past 24 years, Mr. Mercer has managed mineral exploration programs, conducted project evaluations and participated in feasibility work for both large and small mineral exploration companies, including Miramar Mining Corp., U.S. Borax and Chemical Corp., A.C.A Howe Int., and Royal Oak Mines Ltd. His work has been focused on the Americas, taking him from Greenland to Patagonia. He has enjoyed particular success leading teams that have opened up new exploration potential and made new discoveries on properties that were previously considered well explored.

Mr. Mercer graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1984 with a Bachelor of Earth Science degree. He is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories.

Jesse Duke, P.Geo.

Director

Mr. Duke is based in Whitehorse and is the principal of Ibex Valley Consulting, which provides services to northern mining companies. He was recently the Manager of the Whitehorse office for the environmental consulting firm Gartner Lee Limited where he lead a team of over 20 professionals that support mining clients in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, British Columbia and Alaska. Mr. Duke is a long-time Yukon resident with over 20 years experience working in the mineral industry throughout the north. Previously, he was Director of Mineral Development for the Government of the Yukon, and was involved in the design and implementation of many Yukon government programs and policies that shape the management of the mineral industry today. He has also managed the Yukon operations for Noranda Exploration.

Mr. Duke's expertise includes managing complex multidisciplinary projects, government and First Nations relations, mineral policy and major mine project permitting and licensing. He has extensive experience dealing with public communications, stakeholder consultations and community relations for major mining projects. Mr. Duke graduated from the University of Alaska with a B.Sc. in Geology. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Pamela Strand, M.Sc., P.Geol.

Director

Ms. Strand is currently President, CEO and Director of Shear Minerals Ltd., a successful diamond exploration company. Prior to joining Shear in 1997, Ms. Strand was employed as a District Geologist for the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and as an exploration geologist for companies including Mirarmar Mining Corporation and Homestake Mineral Development.

Ms. Strand is a Professional Geologist with APEGGA and NAPEGG, a Director of the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines, Past President of the Edmonton Geological Society, and volunteers with APEGGA's Student Outreach Program. She is also a Director of several public and private mining companies. Ms. Strand holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Western Ontario.

Dennis Ouellette, B.Sc.

Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Ouellette has been involved in the mineral exploration business since 1977. He is currently a consulting geologist for several junior mining companies working in western and northern Canada and Guatemala. Previous experience includes working for United Keno Hill Mines, Falconbridge and Goldquest Exploration (Goldcorp) in addition to working as a District Geologist for DIAND-Yukon Region and as Manager of the Yukon Chamber of Mines.

Darcy Ogrodnick, CA

CFO

Mr. Ogrodnick has held various management positions with public companies since 2004, including an income trust and a mining and heavy construction contractor. He is currently the controller of Shear Minerals Ltd. Prior to 2004, he worked for both international and Saskatchewan-based public accounting firms serving public and privately held clients in a number of industries.

Mr. Ogrodnick has been a Chartered Accountant since 2001, and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Saskatchewan.
