Is it possible to know precisely why the Mallette auditor resigned at the end of April 2023, when the audited consolidated financial statements were required by May 1, 2023 ? I understand that the work of the auditor should normally have started in December 2022/January 2023, so is it because Mallette had not been paid for the audit the previous year (December 31, 2021), and therefore Mallette could not start a new audit from December 31, 2022 without having been paid for the previous year? And so with the financing of $1.5M it would have been possible for Mallette to start the work, but the firm did not have the human resources available to do the work quickly, so Nuran decided to hire a new firm of auditors ? Or was the choice of the new firm of auditors rather a requirement of EIB/DFI ?  Or is there another explanation ?
