But what is in detail meant by "the licensing aspect". What is Nuran's goal to achieve this key results to enable the milestone of signing the EIB contract and get the obejxtive of the "big financing" done asap? 

Sine Februar 2021 Nuran is sharing about EIB potential signature. It is now more then 2 1/2 years later. Would be great if you can share some more details what in particular is still missing and from whom.
