See Change Name (C-LRU) Lucrum Capital Corp

Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Oct. 28, 2008, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, the common shares of Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Lucrum Capital Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.

Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value, of which 17,135,808 shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow: 4,819,521 shares

Transfer agent: Equity Transfer & Trust Company

Trading symbol: OAK (new)
