Sheltered Oak starts trading under new name today

SHELTERED OAK RESOURCES CORP. - NAME AND SYMBOL CHANGE

Sheltered Oak Resources Corp.'s name change from Lucrum Capital Corp. to Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. was accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange, and commencing at the opening today, the common shares of the company will trade under the symbol OAK. Shareholders of the company approved the name change at the meeting held on Oct. 28, 2008.

The Company has changed its transfer agent and registrar from Computershare Trust Company of Canada to Equity Transfer & Trust Company.
