Keith does allot of traveling.

He is involved in other business ventures, OPMG is not a full time job for him.

As COB and Acting CEO since Scott's departure, those duties were added. He might be traveling on our behalf or not...nor will we know.

Another stock I am in, company in my back yard, the COB attends 4 BOD meetings/yr and the shareholder meetings, plus is available as needed by phone.....I know him.

Point is, the title of COB does not mean 40/50 hrs/wk is required.
