Sorry to disappoint, but that was me who made the change to the heading on this BB from OPEL to POET:(

If we get a good scan of the logo I'll replace that, too.

The last OPEL name change took ~2months+ to complete. I looked it up on SEDAR and it seems they have to be in receipt of a Govt or Ontario document certifying the name/ticker change. It's possible it can be completed faster based on the inception of OPEL (from Tandem resources), but in that case it was an RTO and probably had to make a seemless transition.

Below is the time delay associated with the last 3 name changes:

Opel Solar --> Opel Tech

Vote: Jun 24, 2011; Certified: Aug 25, 2011

Opel International --> Opel Solar

Vote: Jun 24, 2010; Certified Nov 30, 2010 (!)

Tandem Resources --> Opel International

Vote: Sep 25, 2006; Certified Sep 26, 2006 (!)
