Personally, I found the arguments posted here against an NR coming out before the US long weekend pretty convincing.

Several people are reporting that the new website is going to be up and running within a couple of weeks after the AGM (I think folks who attended were told this in person). I wonder if they will launch the site to conincide with MS5. It would be good to use a major advancement to drive traffic to the site for the first time.

All of this is just a guess, and a pleading, begging hope.
