Being on the nasdaq does not have anything to do with anything. Rs and then more pps is what I fear.

Why not stick to the plan. Get some deals signed. Licensing, pda agreements involving cash and named partners. Do these things and just watch the sp climb and hold then move to the nasdaq with a good amount of shares room for some options to new hires and every one is happy.
