Perhaps he is selling now with the intent to buy back later for cheaper, taking advantage of Pinetree's selloff? After all he probably knows how much time before deals are in place. Again this is just a thought, im not sure if it's illegal or just immoral to do that being he was an insider last week.

Either way, hopefullyin a years time i won't remember this month and will be celebrating with new 52 week highs.
