Incidently, the "POET" trademark application has been sent back a second time with a non-final action as of yesterday according to USPTO. I didn't check " Powered by POET" (I suppose if we don't get "POET" we won't need the slogan). It looks like our legal reps. will have to do some more fancy dancing to convince the USPTO examiner of our trademark.
