All I know is...I sold my waterfront home in North Vancouver two years ago. I have yet to buy another home and the prices here have risen significantly. West Vancouver homes average $3 million to $42 million. Best case scenario, interest rates rise, the housing market corrects, Poet flies and everything comes up Milhouse.
