Look what the continuous cheap paper hitting the market has done to the share price over the last 4-5 years. Grow some you know what, protect and stick up for your investment would you.

Management has been given everything they need to move quickly and have acquired two companies as of late. They have a technology provided to them by Dr. Taylor that shouldn't be so damn hard to sell! You think increasing the pool will make any difference?? Do you have any idea how many options are still available for issuing? They want to increase the pool from whats already been increased multiple times over the last 3-4 years! There are already plenty of options in the pool to hand out, and should only be handed out to new employees in the first place.

In many tech companies, they offer you options as an incentive when you join the company. Thats usually it and shouldn't be an annual trough feeding at the expense of all shareholders especially when there has been no progress on shareholder value whatsoever.

Refreshing to read that a lot of the big shareholders here are also looking to vote NO. Enough is enough and if you think there aren't enough options available to accomplish what they need to, then take a very hard look at the numbers yourself and do the math. If its still not clear, take the rose coloured glasses off because the lenses have probably gotten pretty dirty over the last few years and need to be replaced with new ones.
