Message: More II-VI Clues - Investor Presentation June 2016
But, Rainer, POET did not move away from Epiworks, when II-VI bought them. So I would connect POET's going away from Anadigics to the uncertainty of the result of the bidding war and the danger that the "Chinese company" could buy ANAD. Also we should remember: Shortly after POET announced the agreements with Epiworks and ANAD, II-VI bought both of them. As II-VI is a potential competitor of POET on the VCSEL-market this move is interesting. But as POET did not end the contract with Epiworks now owned by II-VI it seems to me, that they are not a competitor but a partner.
