Thanks for the correction re:roman numeral! Lest hope that II-VI really doesn't work as a semiconductor, not like POET anyway:)

And just for clarity, POET wasn't the first bidder as you noted, but when I said they started the bidding war, I meant they we the first unnamed bidder to counter GaAs Labs, "Party A"
