Looking at what we have for revenues and given we have been told that DL needs equipment and people expenditures..

maybe $2 million?

the lack of any product on the Poet side & more money required for R&D, some potentail, based on IP

and the oustanding share count. 300,000,000 approx?

$60-70 million?
